Hemangioma cavernoso uterino

Hemangiomas na cavidade uterina são raros e relatados como diagnóstico diferencial de outras lesões uterinas de aspecto polipoide, incluindo malignidade. Trata-se de um caso de hemangioma com sangramento uterino, cujos achados histeroscópicos eram sugestivos de pólipo endometrial. É apresentada uma revisão da literatura dos hemangiomas uterinos, com ênfase em seu comportamento biológico e tratamento.
